Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Co-Ordinators, Field Care Supervisors, and Care Assistants Maintain a high standard of care provision to customers living in their own homes Liaise CQC, external agencies, potential customers and the local authority to ensure smooth operations Effective communication and collaboration Address customer complaints Creative and intuitive thinking to help the business expand and evolve.
