We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Interior Admin Assistant to join our team and help support the administrative side of our design projects.
As an Interior Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our design team. You will assist with project coordination, maintain schedules, and manage client communications to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their organizational skills with a passion for interior design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the interior design team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining project timelines.
2. Assist with preparing presentations, design boards, and other project-related documents.
3. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and contractors to ensure project deadlines and requirements are met.
4. Maintain and update project budgets, tracking expenses and reporting to the project manager.
5. Manage client communications, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
6. Organize and maintain office supplies, design materials, and project samples.
7. Perform general office duties including answering phone calls, managing emails, and filing documents.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role (preferably in interior design or related field).
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in tasks.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. A passion for interior design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
