Razorblue role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Reporting to our CCO, you'll be responsible for generating new opportunities and clients for the business, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
1. Leading our outbound business development by prospecting within key geographical locations and developing creative pitches for specific industry sectors.
2. Working closely with Solution Architects to scope technical solutions and with Marketing to create impactful sales campaigns.
3. Managing our CRM system, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring smooth project handovers.
4. Representing razorblue at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
The role demands excellent relationship building skills as you'll be hosting prospects at our offices, attending partner meetings, and building lasting connections across the industry. You'll need to balance the strategic aspects of business development with hands-on administration, including precise database management and weekly reporting on outbound activity.

* Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider.
* Commercially aware with proven sales experience.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Must hold full clean UK Driving Licence.
* Must be able to deal with technical product information.
* Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
* Well versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
* Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
