This role attracts a Market Supplement of £5770 (Subject to Annual Review)

The post holders will support the Children and Education (C&E) Directorate to fulfil its improvement pledges by using data to identify and enable strategies where significant groups of pupils are falling behind. The role includes supporting colleagues in using data effectively through system development and collaborative approaches.
Reporting to the Synergy System Manager, the successful candidates will provide support to maintain and improve the quality of data captured within the Synergy system. This includes delivering training to colleagues and partners and providing management information to guide decision making.
Candidates selected for interview will demonstrate:
* Experience of using Access UK Ltd’s Synergy product (or equivalent)
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to manage a complex range of tasks simultaneously
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Proactive work ethic
Hybrid working pattern with at least two days a week in the office (Hackney) and remote working the remaining three days if desired. We welcome those interested in other flexible working arrangements.
