The Role
As a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them engage and achieve academically and socially.
- Assist with Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with the SENCO to adapt learning strategies.
- Utilise your understanding of psychology to respond effectively to the unique behaviours and needs of each child.
- Build positive relationships with students to promote emotional well-being and resilience.

Eligibility Requirements
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Possess an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the online update service or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide two professional references, ideally related to childcare or psychology.
