We are seeking a highly proactive and dynamic Insights Executive to join our team and drive research success across our Business Development team. In this role, you will work closely with the business development team to manage stakeholder relationships and lead insight sessions. Your expertise as an account-based researcher will be crucial.

What will you be doing?
The Account-Based Marketing function is a research and insights-led team whose remit is to understand the challenges and needs of prospective customers to engage and nurture so that Veolia is positioned front of mind for future opportunities. The Account-Based Marketing Insights Executive will focus on our commercial sectors and will be responsible for:
* Target account selection and prioritisation by identifying and selecting strategically aligned accounts to focus marketing efforts.
* Conducting research, and developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for specific accounts or clients.
* Driving growth and revenue by creating personalised marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to prospective customers' needs and preferences.
* Working closely with the Business Development, Proposition teams and our Account/Contract managers to identify target accounts, understand their business objectives, and develop strategies.
* Using the latest marketing tools and channels to deliver targeted messages and experiences to key stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
* Insights & research experience, including the use of research tools and techniques, and data analytics and reporting.
* Competitor analysis and solution mapping.
* Stakeholder mapping, strong communication and storytelling.
* Experience of content development and publishing content would also be advantageous.
* Someone with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude to get stuck in amongst the team in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to build relationships based on collaboration, analysis and trust and use relationships to drive learning and creativity.
* Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce would be a distinct advantage.
