About the Role As a Farm Workshop Manager, you'll oversee the daily maintenance and repair of farm machinery, ensuring all equipment is running smoothly to support operations. Your day will involve diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues on tractors, harvesters, and other essential equipment, as well as managing a small team of mechanics and workshop staff. You'll be responsible for scheduling routine servicing, sourcing parts, and maintaining an organized and safe workshop. While leadership and organization are key, this is a hands-on role, meaning you'll be on the tools when needed, troubleshooting breakdowns and keeping the farm running efficiently. Key Duties include: Manage the farm workshop and Machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced, repaired, and operational.
