Job title: Business Administration Support Salary scale: £24K to 28k per annum Location: Ellesmere Port Hours: 37.5 per week About the Business Administration Support role. As our Business Administration Support, you will provide administration support to a range of functions across HR, Recruitment, Quality and Compliance and other projects for business development and growth. Taking a proactive approach to ensure tasks are managed and delivered in a timely manner whilst ensuring Commnication and information is up to date and accurate at all times. About the service SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. We are developing this brand-new service in Macclesfield to support the more complex client group in a specialist, bespoke development. This will be a 24 hour, PBS led service with input from our OT and MH professionals. Individuals will have their own apartment within a 10-unit complex with staff on site. The service is aimed to support individuals who have had long stay admissions in locked door rehabilitation units, forensic units and out of area placements. This may be their first opportunity to live semi-independently and develop independent living skills. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service. Key Responsibilities of our Business Administration Support: Maintaining and providing reports to support the HRBP in managing key employee processes including onboarding analysis, visa tracking, DBS renewals. Upkeeping employee data ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations. Supporting recruitment, including posting job adverts, processing new starters, and supporting interview and onboarding processes ensuring safer recruitment is always followed. Coordinating employee of the month and employee recognition programs across the services, including gathering nominations, preparing certificates, and celebrating staff achievements through internal communications and social media. Organising and sending acknowledgments for personal milestones to help foster a culture of appreciation. Being the main point of contact for general employee enquiries, offering timely and helpful support. Creating and distributing engaging, easy-to-understand communications around available benefits, and track staff participation to identify areas for further promotion. What we are looking for. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
