HR Officer
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Location: London, Hybrid Working: Connexional Team staff based at Methodist Church House have a hybrid work pattern which is currently 3 days in the office, and 2 days remote.
The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join our team to lead the volunteer and trustee recruitment and induction processes and support the implementation of new Church policies and practices in these areas.
In this role you will work alongside HR colleagues and the Nominations Committee, advising on best practices, leading recruitment campaigns, and managing our online recruitment system.
About You
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable HR generalist experience, especially in managing recruitment and selection, using HR systems, and knowledge of current recruitment best practices and UK employment legislation.
You will have meticulous attention to detail, be highly organised, and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring you deliver to deadlines. To be successful in the role, you will also need to possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
Experience in using various technology platforms and tools to streamline HR processes and implementing the delivery of onboarding and training resources would be an advantage.
