Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, you'll work as part of a team to support Sales Managers, partners and customers to process new business and renewals. Your day-to-day role will include; - Responding to emails, calls and MS Teams messages - Liaising with partners to ensure they provide appropriate information and are able to upload sales - Resolving queries with agreements in order for business to be processed - Proactively support sales managers and follow up renewals to achieve sales targets - Maintaining partner records, ensuring they receive appropriate sales collateral and training and supporting them to use their Premium Credit facility - Providing regular reporting Who we are looking for If you're an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company.
