As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment, supporting the General Manager, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain a motivated and efficient team. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth and enhance the venue's reputation. Monitor financial performance, assist in budgeting, and report on key metrics to senior management. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations. Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
