Change Co-Ordinator
Location: Ashington
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £41,160 per annum (from April 2025).
Closing Date: 27th March 2025, 5PM.
Are you passionate about change management and good governance? Do you have proven track record in providing excellent project support? If so, then our Change Co-Ordinator post is for you!
You will co-ordinate the planning and delivery of business change projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and communication throughout projects and keeping us on track with quality project documentation including RAID logs and regular updates to Project Boards.
Youll support the implementation of systems and tools that facilitate efficient knowledge management and information sharing across the organisation and streamline processes for information management related to all areas of the business and tenants.
Youll provide training and support to colleagues across the business on change projects and relevant systems including developing clear and concise guides.
About you:
Youllneed:
* Proven experience in project support and co-ordination
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with a track record of supporting successfully from start to finish.
* In-depth understanding of project frameworks and collaboration tools.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partner
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Microsoft teams, Microsoft Office and project management software
Ideally youll also bring:
* Experience working in the housing sector
* Project management experience and/or qualifications e.g. Prince2, Waterfall, Agile, Lean principles
* In-depth knowledge of housing systems and data.
