Position

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Subscriptions Sales Manager to join our team. The role will be driving corporate subscription sales and undertaking account management across William Reed’s range of paid for content. Including Retail Week, the market leading information provider for the retail market.
* Achieve/exceed sales targets and manage accounts through telesales and face to face activities.
* Actively seek out new customers and grow existing corporate deals.
* Be the first point of contact for all corporate accounts and develop good relationships with customers.
* Attend face to face events to develop sales.
* Visit potential and existing customers on a regular basis.
* Develop and maintain an active trial and upgrade process.
* Work closely with other sales teams to foster cross promotion and upsell.
* Maintain usage levels/engagement for corporate account customers and take appropriate action where necessary.
* Demonstrate online products to prospects.
Marketing & Campaign Management
* Work closely with marketing team to develop lead generation techniques.
* Prepare relevant sales literature for use across the business.
* Contribute to development of corporate direct marketing campaigns in working with the marketing team.
* Gather competitor information and use to inform strategy.
* Produce sales presentations and demonstration strategies for customer meetings.
* Produce a comprehensive corporate sales strategy.
* Identify target markets, corporations and individuals.
* Closely monitor market conditions and changes and take action to maximise opportunities.
* Actively participate in the development of the company’s data acquisition strategy.
Reporting
* Maintain regular reporting on sales activity against target and other KPIs.
* Use Salesforce to facilitate excellent customer relationship management, maintain accurate records and pipeline.
Order Processing
* Liaise with the fulfilment bureau to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and fulfilment.
* Use the bureau customer management system to maintain customer information.
* Work closely with the credit team to keep customer debt to minimum levels.
Requirements
What you’ll need
* Results oriented mindset and drive to consistently meet and exceed targets.
* Motivated with the ability to work independently, taking proactive steps to drive sales and manage client relationships.
* Strong B2B sales experience, with a drive to seek out new business opportunities while excelling at maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. Experience in paid content is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent communications skills to engage and collaborate effectively with both customers and colleagues across the business.
* Experience in digital sales processes.
* Experience of Salesforce and Advance an advantage.
