Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading blue-chip manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy, supporting business objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide expert HR support in employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Lead and manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on maintaining positive employee engagement and ensuring legal compliance. Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

Learning and Development: Design and deliver high-quality learning and development initiatives to build capabilities across the business. Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement strategies for employee growth and performance improvement.

Team Leadership: Provide coaching and leadership to HR team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the delivery of HR solutions that drive business success.

Data-Driven HR: Utilize data to make informed decisions, improve HR processes, and track key performance indicators. Partner with internal teams to analyse trends, identify opportunities, and enhance workforce productivity.
Key Requirements:

CIPD Level 5: Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification.

Employee Relations Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in managing advanced employee relations issues, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and performance management.

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.

Learning & Development: Practical and demonstrable experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs within an HR context.

Data-Driven Approach: Experience working in a data-driven environment, with the ability to use HR analytics and metrics to guide decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: £50,000
* Car Allowance: £5,460 per annum
