Your Role:
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Here's what you'll be doing:
Generate accurate delivery forecasting to help the wider business and Operations review targets and plan resources effectively.
Produce weekly delivery summaries and prioritise workloads to align with departmental and business strategies.
Enforce early stock deliveries, ensuring a steady flow of products and maximising the full-price selling period.
Collaborate closely with Trade and Transport to understand shipping terms and customs requirements.
Act as the go-between to ensure compliance and resolve all warehouse delivery queries within 24 hours.
Analyse styles with high returns and take appropriate action to minimise them.
Negotiate and action late delivery discounts, cancellations, and RTVs.
Regularly update stock adjustment, discount, and cancellation records for accurate reporting.
Manage product visibility on the website, assigning badges like "Back in Stock" and "More Coming Soon."
Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting key findings for your team.
Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the department runs smoothly.
