and What You'll Be Doing
This role is a 3-Month FTC.
Following a recent restructure, the Business Analyst will support the HR team in a very exciting role, focusing on mapping current processes in accordance with best practices.
The role aims to build consistent and efficient processes, identify duplications, and develop future-state processes to enhance overall HR Service delivery.
This position will also play a key role in refining HR services, implementing improvements, and optimising the new HR System to support the colleague experience and service.
The Business Analyst role will focus on 4 key areas:
HR Activity
1. Lead the mapping of current HR processes to ensure alignment with best practice
2. Support the HR team in building consistent and efficient processes
3. Identify and eliminate process duplications
4. Develop and implement future-state processes to improve HR Service delivery
5. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure process improvements are effectively integrated and add value
6. Provide ongoing support and guidance to the HR team on process-related matters
7. Consider how tech and the colleague experience can be enhanced as part of role activity.
Professional Expertise
8. Use data to identify and prioritise genuine problems, completing problem solving activity
9. Use a range of business analysis tools and techniques to conduct the research needed to build an understanding of the business need or problem for a project or activity
10. Conduct engagement and facilitation activity with a range of different stakeholders to build understanding and consensus on a project or activity
11. Completing the required analysis activity and solution evaluation
12. Planning and completing solution assurance activity on the identified activity, providing recommendations around the design parameters.

About You
19. Broad range of analysis skills and techniques
20. A strong understanding of drivers for change including benefits measurement and profiling
21. Stakeholder analysis, engagement and collaboration
22. Design techniques e.g. Business Modelling, Prototyping and wire framing
23. Capturing, documenting and prioritising requirements
24. Flexible communication and facilitation
25. Interviewing, question techniques & surveying
26. Ethical, human centric and empathy-based research approach
27. Curiosity, tenacity, critical thinking
28. Builds understanding around complex problems
29. Awareness of other competence around technology, people, process and data
30. Ideally you will also have experience in HR process Improvement and conflict resolution
