All about the role:
We are looking for the Procurement Category Manager Travel to work as a part of the Procurement Travel Team in the Group Indirect Procurement where the mission is to provide outstanding business travel experience to Electrolux employees through cost and process, safety, and environmental aspects with sustainable practices.
In detail you will:
Category Management
* Purchasing of global and local travel agreements, implementation of those agreements, and management of those suppliers.
* Global responsibility for the airline, hotel, car rental and car fleet program.
Reporting and process improvement
* Review and tracking of the travel booking process.
* Review and tracking of the travel expense reporting process.
* Frequent and relevant reporting of travel trends and improvements.
Corporate Travel Policy
* Responsible for global travel directives and related collaboration with involved functions.
* Coordination of the corporate credit card program.
* Global Travel Program scale-up and compliance control.
* Responsibility for the global travel sustainability program.
Communication
* Regular and effective communication with travelers, travel arrangers, and other key stakeholders to reinforce policy, process, and vendor contracts.
* Collaboration with other functions and stakeholders on travel projects or ad-hoc travel.
Who you are:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in indirect material purchasing, travel management, category management, or related roles in the travel industry (min 2 years).
* Good knowledge regarding the business models, supply markets, and supply/value chains within the relevant commodities, as well as insight into travel related processes.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders expectations.
* Proficiency in English (any other language is an asset).
Where you will be:
In Kraków Global Shared Service Center where we provide services for all companies in the Electrolux Group worldwide. We are dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
In Wrocław Supply Chain Center in the center of the city. There we coordinate transport, components, and suppliers, and assure product delivery to markets and various other countries.
The Warsaw Office is responsible for sales of our products and services as well as customer relations. We work in the sales division, marketing, customer operations, and product line areas.
