Cheshire West and Chester’s Safeguarding Children Partnership are looking for a person with experience as a Quality Assurance Officer who can work with them to develop and embed multi-agency safeguarding practice. This role requires an outstanding individual with proven experience of undertaking quality assurance work, particularly in partnership settings, and who has a good operational and strategic understanding of the safeguarding children’s agenda. The successful candidate will need to evidence they can: Demonstrate experience of performance, quality and audit systems Be able to record data, analyse information and produce clear and concise reports Lead on multi agency case audits and support agencies self-audits and peer review Hold practitioners forums to share lessons from case audits, safeguarding children practice reviews and local good practice Work with our partners and relevant group chairs, on policy issues and service development in measuring the impact on engagement and outcomes for children and young people The post will require an enhanced DBS check.
