The Role:
The successful candidate will:
* Deliver engaging and innovative Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5.
* Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum.
* Support and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
* Participate actively in the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Have a relevant degree in Science or a closely related subject.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
* Be committed to maintaining and promoting the school’s inclusive ethos and values.
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Be a reflective practitioner, eager to contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
