Regional Sales Manager - Coventry/Leicester/Stoke

We have a fantastic opportunity to manage a geographical area of new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships within our Industrial Divisions.
You will be reporting into our Regional Manager, and be working with our Coventry, Leicester and Stoke branches to win new business within the Industrial sectors.
Basic Salary: upto £37,000 (negotiable), plus an uncapped commission structure, plus Company Car
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

The Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads using all resources available
2. Identify competitor information using all resources available
3. Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts
4. Ensure consistent achievement of agreed monthly targets
5. Attend/participate in branch team meetings and individual review meetings
6. Ensure that the CRM system is fully updated
You will be required to have the following:
1. Min of 12 months working within Recruitment and success winning new business
2. Proven track record in sales
3. Proven account management skills
4. History of over achievement in new business sales, with volume users
5. Driving licence essential
