The Role:
Supporting pupils in a 1:1 capacity to ensure their individual learning needs are met.
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement among pupils.
Using your Welsh language skills to support children in their learning.
Adapting to different situations with empathy, patience, and creativity.

✔️ A fluent Welsh speaker who can confidently communicate with pupils.
✔️ Experience working with children, particularly those with ALN/SEN.
✔️ A passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
✔️ The ability to motivate and inspire pupils while working collaboratively with teachers.
✔️ A resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning support.

Essential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with the application).
EWC registration (Education Workforce Council).
Two professional references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
