We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Purchase Order Clerk. This is a part time role (25-30 hours per week), and is based in Chesterfield
Duties -
- Process purchase orders and sales on to the system
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Progressing customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with general administration tasks
What we are looking for-
- Proven experience in a Purchase Order role
- Proficiency in Office and Sage (preferable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in dealing with customers in a professional manner
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments
