A well-established insurance brokerage is looking for a dedicated Account Handler to join their Private Clients, Farm, and Commercial team. This office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with broking experience, whether as a Handler or an Executive, to work in a supportive and professional environment.
Role Overview:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Office-based
Sector: Private Clients, Farm, and Commercial insuranceKey Responsibilities:
Managing client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions
Handling policy renewals, adjustments, and claims processing
Working closely with insurers to secure competitive coverage options
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Using Acturis (preferred but not essential – training available)Candidate Requirements:
Must have previous broking experience (training available if not in this sector)
CII qualification preferred, or willingness to work towards it
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approachBenefits:
