We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our growing team at Montirex, an outdoor sports performance brand based in Liverpool. You will work at the Speke HQ on a full-time permanent basis.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Meet & Greet visitors to HQ.
* General office duties.
* Arranging Travel for the wider team.
* Inventory checks on general office supplies.
* Supporting Directors.
* Setting up meeting rooms.
* Providing refreshments for key meetings.
* Management of incoming and outgoing post.
* Management of cleaning services.
* Assist with processing company expenses.
* Ensuring showrooms and offices are always presentable.
About You
* Specific experience in HQ fulfilling similar duties.
* A can-do positive attitude.
* Team player.
* Willing to learn.
* A good forward planner and organiser.
* Highly presentable and courteous manner.
* Great interpersonal skills.
Salary/Package
* Full-time, Permanent.
* 100% in office.
