Job summary Start Date will be after 1st June 2025 The Digital Transformation Support Manager will work with the Digital Transformation Office Manager to support delivery of the digital transformation programme and be responsible for providing assistance to the Projects, Business Change and Delivery teams in the following areas: Maintaining and updating programme and project capital finance documentation. To represent the Digital Transformation team at Trust, community and other events as required. Negotiates with and motivates stakeholders on project delivery, including linking in with other initiatives. To coordinate / manage low level change activity as identified by Digital Transformation senior management. This role includes supervising administration staff within the Digital Transformation Project Support Office and previous experience in a supervisory role is essential. Main duties of the job To review and update programme and projects risks and issues as required with key stakeholders to ensure they are accurate. Plan and organise programme and project meetings, ensuring documentation is produced to a high quality and distributed in a timely manner. Where appropriate, to support the change control process; ensuring documentation is completed to a high standard and change logs are accurate. Update and review programme and project budgets, working with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure forecasting remains correct. To provide support to Project Manager(s) on specific project(s). Create programme and project documentation, including reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Follow up on actions from programme and project meetings to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Monitor expenditure against agreed Project budgets to support effective financial management. Identify deviation from budget and report to appropriate person.
