We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced Administrators to join our team. Our aim is to ensure that individuals and their families encounter improved experiences, transparency, and consistency across all forms of continuing care, with a smooth transition between services and resource provision.
Main duties of the job
The duties and responsibilities that you will be expected to undertake may include:
1. To support in providing a timely and comprehensive administrative service to the AACC teams, meeting deadlines set and producing work to a high standard.
2. To manage all administrative tasks such as diary management and bookings for the clinical teams.
3. Accurate recording and following of agreed processes to ensure comprehensive case records are maintained, data integrity protected, and standardised approaches are in place across the AACC service.
4. To work in a supportive manner with other members of the AACC service to ensure the smooth running of the service.
5. Ensuring (in collaboration with the Placements Manager and Contracts team) that all care packages have clear contractual agreements, service specifications, funding agreements, invoicing arrangements and contract monitoring arrangements in place.
6. Responsible for decisions made during the course of duties, seeking guidance and escalating issues where appropriate.
Although no specific experience is required, it is essential that you are educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (or experience level), together with excellent communication skills. You should be self-motivated, highly organised, flexible and have a can-do attitude.

Job responsibilities
ROLE PURPOSE / SUMMARY
This Administrator role will support the AACC Clinical Support Manager in delivery of a comprehensive, high-quality standard of administrative service to the AACC team.
COMPETENCY BASED KEY DELIVERABLES
1. To support in providing a timely and comprehensive administrative service to the AACC teams.
2. To manage all administrative tasks such as diary management and bookings for the clinical teams.
3. Accurate recording and following of agreed processes to ensure comprehensive case records are maintained.
4. To work in a supportive manner with other members of the AACC service.
5. Ensuring that all costings have clear breakdown, supporting negotiation of costs.
6. Liaison with other ICB partners who commission care on behalf of the AACC service.
7. Escalating any blocks to timely brokerage and commissioning of placements and care.
8. Ensuring that all care packages have clear contractual agreements.
9. Responsible for decisions made during the course of duties.
10. Assist with the delivery of project plans and workstreams, as directed by line manager.
11. Required to supervise less experienced team members.
12. Responsible for the monitoring of one or more budgets.
Person Specification
Qualifications
1. Diploma level qualification or equivalent level of experience in relevant role.
2. Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures.
Skills
1. Advanced IT skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
2. Prioritisation and organisation skills.
3. Good communications skills using a range of methods.
Experience
1. Experience of working in a service focused environment.
2. Substantial experience of working in a senior administration/secretarial environment.
Other
1. Ability to travel to attend meetings.
2. Possess a positive attitude.
