This key strategic and hands-on role integrates traditional and digital marketing efforts to support business growth, position Trident as an industry authority, and enhance lead-generation efforts across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in: Revamping and maintaining Trident’s website to improve lead generation and user experience. Developing multi-channel marketing strategies, integrating telemarketing, direct mail, referral-based marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Managing external agencies and specialists for content creation, design, and paid media. Setting up performance tracking and analytics to measure marketing success and optimise campaigns. This role is ideal for an experienced, data-driven, and commercially aware marketing professional with digital and offline marketing expertise and the ability to execute hands-on tasks while shaping long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute modern marketing strategies, integrating digital and offline efforts. Manage Trident’s existing marketing activities, including outsourced telemarketing, direct mail, and referral-based lead generation. Align marketing initiatives with sales and business development goals, ensuring maximum impact on revenue growth. Establish Trident as an industry leader through thought leadership, strategic content, and digital brand positioning. Website & Digital Presence Lead the development and optimisation of Trident’s website, focusing on SEO, user experience, and lead conversion. Implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Develop targeted landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates. Multi-Channel Lead Generation & Demand Generation Develop and manage Bing/Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital advertising campaigns. Implement a content marketing strategy, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video content. Optimise CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track engagement. Performance Tracking, Analytics & ROI Optimisation Set up and manage website analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing performance dashboards. Continuously test and optimise campaigns, using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and ROI. Provide regular reports to senior management, assessing lead generation effectiveness and marketing impact on revenue. Collaboration & Agency Management Work closely with Relationship Managers and Internal Account Managers to ensure marketing efforts support their client engagement strategies. Manage relationships with external agencies for creative content, PPC, web development, and branding. Identify and fill skill gaps by hiring freelancers or agencies for specialised marketing functions. Experience & Skills Required Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, technology, or professional services. Strong lead generation and digital marketing background, including SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns. Experience in website management, UX design, and conversion rate optimisation. Track record of working with external agencies and managing outsourced marketing functions. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics. Digital Marketing Expertise – Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, LinkedIn/Instagram advertising, and content marketing. Project & Agency Management – Ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders effectively. Required Qualifications & Certifications (UK) Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business (e.g., CIM Level 6/7 or equivalent).
