ESSENTIAL:
Experience supporting young people in a residential setting.
Salary: £12 PH
Shifts: 24 hr, 7 shifts per month (basic full time contract)
Shifts are not waking nights; you will be paid your full rate per hour for your sleep.
Shifts are 24 hours based on a rolling rota of 1 on 3 off, 10:00 – 10:00.
Overtime available.

We are looking to recruit support staff to join our client's family within their leaving care service. Working with young people aged 16+ with a wide range of support needs, you will be supporting and guiding them to develop their life skills to enable them to live independently.
Role Overview
* Be part of a multi-agency team of professionals.
* Lone working with the service user.
* Sleep in shifts.
* Promoting, supporting, and empowering young people to engage in education, training, or employment.
* Developing life skills, for example, meal preparation, house cleaning, washing, what to do in emergency situations, financial planning.
* Support, empower, and enable the young people to understand life post-18 and make positive choices for their future independence.
