Our Health and Wellness Client is seeking a client-facing sales and marketing professional with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive yet tactful, credible, and possess high integrity and an excellent work ethic. They will excel in building relationships and creating lifetime partnerships with patients, thriving in a high-energy environment.
Location: Shrewsbury, MA
Responsibilities:
* Educate patients and potential patients on our services, and create highly customized treatment plans to help them look, feel, and be their best.
* Sell the value of our services during consultations and treatments.
* Follow up with previous patients to cultivate relationships and renew their interest in our services.
* Create partnerships in the community and cultivate lasting relationships with patients.
* Support and participate in outbound marketing activities to develop synergistic partnerships with local complementary businesses.
* Make outside calls to generate interest through community marketing, health & wellness trade shows, and outbound marketing to local complementary businesses.
* Manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including accounting, scheduling, sales, marketing, client retention, and inventory management.
* Create a strong culture within the clinic and motivate others for optimal performance.
* Greet patients in a friendly manner, answer incoming calls, schedule patients, and handle pre- and post-visit communication.
* Process patient charts to ensure they have a highly developed treatment plan, adjust when necessary, and ensure payments have been made for services.
* Evaluate guests’ suitability for laser, aesthetic, and other non-surgical cosmetic services.
* Be knowledgeable in treatment protocols and all services offered, plus retail product lines.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of sales experience (some business-to-consumer experience preferred).
* Experienced in building relationships with patients that have lasting value.
* Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets by building relationships.
* Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
* Preferred but not limited to the following industry experience: Esthetic, Cosmetic, Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Hair Restoration, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa, Lasik, PR and marketing, Fitness, or related industries.
* Licensed Esthetician is a Nice to Have.
