We’re currently supporting a provider who are seeking an experienced Home Manager (Pin not required) to support their Home. The Home is currently ‘Requires Improvement’ but holds high occupancy and only small amounts of agency. Is this the role for you? See below Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager: Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders. Improving quality and compliance. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority. Building and maintaining high occupancy. Maintaining minimal agency usage.Nursing Home Manager Requirements: Management experience in Care Homes is essential. Turn around experience is preferred. Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents. Ambitious and motivated individual. Strong leadership. Good track record with CQC. Computer literacy.Benefits: Salary up to £55,000 £6000 bonus scheme annually.
