We are working with a reputable, ethical and growing business based in Warwick, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Accounts Assistant will provide purchase and sales ledger support to ensure efficiency of the accounts processes.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and is office based.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include:
1. Updating all purchase orders and purchase invoices
2. Creating sales orders and sales invoice
3. Responding to customer queries
4. Liaising directly with suppliers regarding discrepancies
5. Chase outstanding payments
6. Reconciliation of accounts
7. Producing monthly reports
The Accounts Assistant will need to be a team player with experience in a similar role, have strong communication skills, and good working knowledge of Excel.
