PMO Analyst:

If so, we want to hear from you!As a PMO Analyst, you will provide support to our Governance and Reporting Manager in PMO, ensuring that our Change Framework, processes, templates and comms to support any enhancements to the framework are effectively managed.
This role will also heavily
support portfolio activity. Main Responsibilities as PMO Analyst:
To support a Project / Portfolio Manager in adhering to the PMO standards, processes, tools, controls and reporting deadlines.
The maintaining of resource profiles and reflecting phased forecasts and actual effort expected by project resources.
To support the production of project deliverables in line with the mandated Change Framework and to project plan deadlines by pro-actively tracking progress and reporting exceptions to the project manager.
To support the identification of risks, issues and dependencies and ensure they are clearly articulated on the associated logs are maintained and up to date
To ensure all project documents follow document management guidelines (as well as version controls) and are stored in the appropriate project folders and an audit trail is available
Skills and experience you need as PMO Analyst:
Previous experience of working in an IT Portfolio Office and/or Change Team
Sound knowledge of Project Management disciplines and controls
Good knowledge of an IT Delivery Lifecycle and its component parts
Practical knowledge and configuration experience in PPM tools (preferably Clarizen)
Highly proficient in project planning tools
Strong attention to detail
Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
