Reporting into the Contract Support Manager you will provide administrative support, fault coordination and engineering tasking. You will ensure documentation tracking and databases are maintained in accordance with contractual agreements. What you'll do: To ensure fault records are accurately maintained to time and plan To ensure all work is processed within the processes and procedures in place for the contact requirements To ensure all engineer tasking is achieved within time and to planed requirements for the contract and customer expectations To be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, support, and fault calls To support the overall operational business, deliver excellent customer service, fault support and administrative support as required Ad-hoc project support, as requested Who you are: This would be an ideal role for an organised and enthusiastic administrator who is comfortable working under their own initiative. Communication across all levels is required from this role, so an ability to communicate confidently and professionally is required.
