THE ROLE Role Overview: As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our team to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. You will oversee daily operations within our restaurant, bar, and event spaces, ensuring top-quality service, smooth operations, and a high standard of food and beverage offerings. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the resort’s food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and manage cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas. Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Monitor guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Support the management team in developing and implementing new menus, promotions, and special events. Assist with the scheduling and staffing of food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Foster a positive and professional work environment, ensuring teamwork and effective communication across all departments. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food and beverage setting, ideally in a 4-star hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards, safety protocols, and inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and motivate a team. Passion for delivering outstanding service and ensuring a top-quality guest experience. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
