Certain Advantage is hiring for an Insurance Manager based in Doncaster. The role is on a permanent basis and follows a hybrid model.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our company adequately evaluates its risks and secures the appropriate levels of insurance to protect our assets, while also delivering an efficient, cost-effective claims handling service.
As our Insurance Manager, you will:
* Risk & Coverage Management: Evaluate company risks and ensure the purchase of the correct levels of insurance to safeguard our assets.
* Policy & Broker Liaison: Assist the Group Head of Risk and Insurance in assessing policies, ensuring that our insurance coverage offers real value compared to self-insurance, and that we receive excellent service and competitive pricing from our insurance brokers.
* Claims Handling: Oversee and manage the claims process, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and cost-effectively, and that service providers are engaged as required.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed analysis on insurance products, monitor the financial impact of claims, and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Process & Procedure Compliance: Maintain and update procedures, ensuring all team members are informed and adhere to company standards and The Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme requirements.
Additionally, you will be involved in:
* Collating renewal information and liaising with brokers and insurers.
* Identifying new insurable risks and making recommendations for their effective management.
* Leading quarterly meetings with liability claims handlers to review claim progress and strategies.
* Supporting the Insurance Team with large property claims and managing Bordereaux for both Motor and Casualty claims.
Salary: £53,500 per annum
Working Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

The individual we are looking for:
* Qualifications: A CII qualification is essential.
* Expertise: Proven experience in insurance management within a similar sector.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse insurance products, manage claims, and provide detailed reporting.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
* Organisational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring adherence to compliance and internal procedures.
