Key Responsibilities
Managing a finance team and recognise training and development opportunities Managing month-end processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reportingEnsuring compliance with VAT regulations and overseeing returnsSupporting audits and statutory reporting requirementsImplementing and maintaining accounting and tax policiesDriving process improvements and supporting finance system enhancementsAssisting with ad hoc finance and tax projects
Key Skills:

* Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMAProven leadership in finance and accounting teams.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel skills
