Purpose of the role:
We have a fantastic new opportunity to join us as Marketing Campaigns Manager at Affinia. This role will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across the firm's service offering, ensuring alignment with broader planning objectives to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for the digital channels for the firm, leading on the strategic planning and evolvement of the firm’s website and social channels.
The Campaigns Manager will work with the Head of Marketing to help foster a high-performance culture, driving collaboration, and mentoring team members to deliver outstanding results.
Accountabilities:
* Oversee campaign management for the firm, working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive on delivery.
* Lead on the management and evolvement of the firm’s digital channels
* Manage and develop service team campaigns from start to finish.
* Track and measure campaigns, producing reports on the outcomes.
* Continuously look at ways to improve the performance of marketing channels to increase revenue, growth, and customer loyalty
* Lead on the development of marketing reporting using digital analytics and PMS data.
* Work alongside the Head of Marketing to use insights to shape the Marketing strategy for the firm.
Key skills and attributes required:
* All-round marketing experience including paid and organic campaigns, content writing, lead generation and CRM.
* Working knowledge of WordPress and systems such as MailChimp, Canva and Survey Monkey
* Use of reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
* Excellent communication skills, able to manage stakeholders and a team.
* Ideally a background in the professional services sector.
