THE ROLE:
1. Candidate Experience & Selection: Act as the first point of contact, shaping the candidate journey and conducting virtual interviews for roles in Germany and the UK.
2. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with departments (Sales, Operations, Development/Construction) to define hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
3. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement hiring strategies, refining operational recruitment processes alongside colleagues.
4. Sourcing & Outreach: Utilise traditional recruiting channels, direct outreach via business networks (Xing, LinkedIn), and specialised portals to attract top talent.
5. Talent Pipeline & Projects: Build a talent pipeline through recruitment events and fairs, while leading global initiatives such as alumni network development.
THE PERSON:
1. German Language & Travel: Fluency in German (C1 level) and willingness to travel for recruiting events in Germany.
2. Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, and direct search, ideally with a background in consultancy.
3. Talent Acquisition & HR Marketing: Passion for creative hiring strategies and innovative HR marketing initiatives.
4. Organisation & Leadership: Strong coordination skills, ability to stay composed under pressure, and inspire candidates and colleagues.
5. Technical & Professional Skills: Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel), familiarity with HR software (Personio preferred), and a strong understanding of governance, confidentiality, and discretion.
