Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adults Disabilities Team
Location : Suffolk
Rate : Up to £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a busy Disabilities Team based in Suffolk.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a qualified social worker in the Adults Disabilities Team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, advocate for clients’ rights, and provide emotional and practical support. You will coordinate with other professionals to ensure holistic care, respond to crises, and regularly review care plans. Your role also involves educating clients and their families about available resources and strategies for managing disabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with disabilities, good assessment knowledge, and a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.
