As Chief Brand Director, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our business, driving brand performance, and developing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Provide structure and leadership to the team and wider business, ensuring effective deployment of marketing strategies and analysis of market trends.
* Analytical Insight: Research, identify, and monitor market trends, competitor products, and brand success to drive proactive and reactive brand performance.
* Communication & Presentation: Ensure clear communication, presentation, and contribution of valuable information on brand metrics to the wider business.
* Implementation: Work collaboratively to build strategic relationships, create and develop strategies, implement campaigns, and drive brands forward.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience: Managing beauty or personal care brands within a FMCG environment.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to research, identify, and monitor market trends, competitor products, and brand success.
* Relationship Building: Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders, including supermarkets and retail chains.
* Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to work to tight timescales.
