Part-Time Office Admin Assistant – Primary School
Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for a rewarding role in a friendly school environment? We are seeking a Part-Time Office Admin Assistant to join our vibrant and welcoming primary school.
Role:
As an Office Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school office. You will provide essential administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents, maintaining a warm and efficient front office.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
Welcoming visitors and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
Assisting with pupil attendance records and school communications
Handling general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Supporting the school’s finance and admissions processes as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally in a school setting)
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS (desirable but not essential)
Hours & Benefits:
