Join Our Team as a Site Supervisor in Leamington Spa!
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in security and leadership to take charge of a busy site in Leamington Spa. If you’ve got 1-2 years’ security experience and a valid SIA licence, this could be the perfect role for you!
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: 48 hours per week (4 on 4 off)

Job Opportunity
What You’ll Do:
* Supervise and lead a dedicated security team
* Ensure all officers are fully trained and that the site is secure at all times
* Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients
* Uphold Health & Safety standards and manage site operations efficiently
* Front-of-house operations
* Client interaction
* Team collaboration
* Confident in presenting
* Preparing presentations
* conducting patrols
* Reporting
What We’re Looking For:
* SIA Licence
* 1-2 years' security experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high service standards
