This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and sales support skills to make an impact within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Process print sales proformas and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the team with all aspects of sales administration. Ensure all paperwork is correct to guarantee customers receive the right products, at the right price, and at the correct address. Keep the online whiteboard updated with the status of all print orders and related information. Manage artwork submissions, ensuring timely approvals from clients. Coordinate any order amendments with clients and ensure they follow company procedures. Accurately file all print paperwork for easy access and reference. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth order processing. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Monitor and control costs within the Print Department to maintain efficiency while upholding high-quality standards. Provide departmental cover during busy periods, sickness, or holidays. Ensure adherence to company procedures in taking orders and documenting client communications. About You: Strong administrative experience, ideally within a print or sales support role. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive communicator who can work well with various departments and clients. Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
