We are working with a well-established Legal firm who are looking for a Debt Recovery Customer Executive to work within their busy Collections and Recovery team based in Maidstone.
This role would be well suited for a person who has come from a Customer Service/ Call Centre background who is looking for a new challenge and career change.
For this Debt Recovery Customer Executive:
* You will be a proactive, forward-thinking individual with a positive attitude towards your work.
* You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will be self-motivated and enjoy working towards goals and targets.
* You will possess excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal and enjoy communicating with people via the telephone.
The main duties for this role will be:
* Taking ownership and responsibility of debt recovery cases
* You will be required to research and analyze cases, deciding what the best course of action is for each case.
* Checking and producing documents and outgoing letters
* You will communicate with debtors to find the most constructive solutions.
* You will make sure all debts are collected on time.
Minimum Qualifications: For this role you will need to have at least 5 GCSEs A* – C (including English and Mathematics), with further qualifications being desirable.
Hours: 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern of 8am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm on alternate weeks.
In return for this you will earn a competitive salary of £19,016 with an OTE of circa £28,000.
