This exciting opportunity will require 30% of travel.
Your responsibilities:
* Managing Non-conformances (SAP Q Notifications), Customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis 8D reports and Customer Case handling (within and without warranty)
* Analysing all failures and concerns on-site, factories and within the supply chain and reviewing customer site I&C quality plans, method statements and Quality Documentation
* Create, maintain and manage Inspection test plans (ITP’s), Site acceptance test plans (SAT’s) and Factor acceptance test (FAT’s)
* Perform training and analysis on Quality cases and execute internal audits on sites, suppliers and global quality standards assurance (GQSA)
* Work on and maintain bespoke High Voltage Service Business Management System (BMS)
* Maintain local Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with High Voltage
* Process Mapping Development and documentation in Hitachi ADONIS systems
* Produce reports and manage Quality KPI’s in accordance with business targets with cost of poor quality (COPQ)
Background:
* Proven experience in Quality Engineering and industry
* Experience in coaching of L6S projects, continuous improvement (CI) and training within quality
* Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, audits, and inspections.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
* Understanding of the ISO 9001 Quality standard and Subject Matter Expertise (SAP)
