We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative leader to join our Therapies Directorate at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells as a General Manger. The successful candidate must be a motivated professional with a track record of consistently delivering high quality patient focused care.
This role will work closely with the Clinical Director and Quality Lead for Therapies to deliver the departments’ operational, strategic & quality agenda and includes the management of the Therapies administrative operational team.

Strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate well, build relationships and influence stakeholders both internal and external to the trust are essential to a successful application.
