As part of their continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior H&S Advisor or CDM Principal Designer to play a vital role within their team. You will work closely with clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and delivering expert health & safety guidance across a range of projects.
Specialising in the Education and Commercial sectors, this forward-thinking firm delivers a wide range of projects, including new build schemes, fire door renewals, cladding replacements, ventilation systems, and fire alarm upgrades.

The Role:
Act as Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
Provide CDM and health & safety advice to clients, designers, and contractors
Review and prepare pre-construction information, risk assessments, and method statements
Attend project meetings to offer guidance on health & safety issues and promote a culture of safety awareness
Conduct site visits to assess compliance with health & safety standards
Deliver CDM training and workshops to project stakeholders
Prepare and maintain Health & Safety Files and documentation
Assist with business development, bid writing, and tender submissions
Cover Essex, London visits and occasionally nationwide project dependant The Person:
A degree in Health & Safety, Construction, or a related field
Extensive experience in a CDM or health & safety consultancy role
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and industry best practices
Chartered Membership (IOSH, APS, or equivalent) preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
