Hours: 35 hours per week
Reporting to: Attendance Officer
You will assist Home Support managers in maximizing attendance by monitoring absence, scheduling attendance meetings and completing appropriate paperwork. You will answer telephone calls and emails regarding absence, and update systems, providing workforce support to the management team within the Home Support Service.
Minimum Requirements:
1. SVQ2, higher grade or equivalent
2. Moderate experience working in an office environment
3. Experience using IT and MS365 Office systems
4. Good interpersonal and organisational skills
5. Ability to remain calm when dealing with high volume workload
6. Ability to run reports from departmental systems
7. Desirable: Working knowledge of iTrent and the Councils Managing Attendance policy and procedures
