Compliance and Tender Administrator Location: Cwmbran Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to manage our tendering processes and ensure compliance across various departments. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with robust administrative and project management skills, who excels in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will report to the Compliance Manager and will be instrumental in supporting senior staff. Day-to-day of the role: Provide general administrative support including diary management, handling sensitive information, and managing expenses. Identify potential tender opportunities using various channels and platforms, and assist in evaluating these opportunities to align with the company’s strategic goals. Manage the end-to-end tender process, from drafting and preparation of documents to submission, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and legal requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for tender preparation. Lead tender review meetings to ensure alignment and informed decision-making among stakeholders. Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender submissions, tracking outcomes and integrating feedback into future submissions. Support the Compliance Manager in ongoing compliance tasks, audits, and training related to ISO certifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven administrative experience in a dynamic organisation. Familiarity with public sector procurement and tender processes. Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Desirable: Experience in public sector tendering and/or procurement.
