Infrastructure Analyst - End User Services
The Infrastructure Analyst will join an already established team within CBS, providing a level of technical knowledge to undertake the troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents or problems independently, escalating to Infrastructure Engineers if required. Completes tasks to agreed levels of quality, within stated timescales with no supervision. Looks for improvement opportunities within the team and its processes/procedures. An effective team member who provides support and guidance to peers and other team members. Contributes to team efficiency through the creation of accurate technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Independently troubleshoot and resolve all product and infrastructure service incidents.
2. Undertake technical tasks such as patching, maintaining scripts, automated code, reviewing logs, assisting build and configuration activity, and maintaining the technical estate.
3. Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure high priority activities are completed first.
4. Support change and implementation where appropriate technical competence has been reached and maintain an enterprise view.

About you
You have a willingness to learn, a desire to embrace new technology and are open to a challenge. You will be able to deliver clear and logical documentation for team members and end users to follow. You have the ability to work under pressure and are thorough, with good attention to detail, while also being able to deliver to agreed timescales.
You will also need a flexible approach to working hours, including being part of a call-out rota to meet your objectives and assist colleagues in meeting theirs.
Essential skills:
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
* Microsoft product knowledge and experience including:
o Windows 10
o Office 365/Office 365 mobility
o SCCM (Creating & troubleshooting; Packages, Programs, Task Sequences & Applications)
o MS Defender
o Bitlocker
* Proficient with Active Directory, including managing GPOs, and securing and configuring endpoints with group policies.
* Some experience in tools to enable effective management of the modern end-user computing platform, specifically SCCM 2012 and above.
* Cloud experience in either AWS or Azure.
* Microsoft Teams Rooms and Yealink experience.
